读完题目，烤鸭们应该都有个基本判断：这个题目同意不了。观点前半部分“大学生自己承担费用”都还好说，原因部分“因为大学教育对社会无益”就站不住脚了。

提纲：

1.上过大学的人在现代社会对经济发展、社会运作至关重要；

2.政府和企业提供经济上的帮助，如何使社会和企业受益。

Graduatesfromcollegesarecriticalforbotheconomicprogressandsocialwell-being.Thescientificpersonnelindifferentfieldsgenerallyconsistofthosewithmasteranddoctordegreesthroughwhichtheirintelligencehasbeensharpened.Afterwards,theymayprovidesolidscientificevidence,introducenewtechnologyandeventuallypromoteproductiveefficiency.Apartfromthesuperiorones,collegegraduatesthroughyearsoflearningthendevotethemselvesasdoctors,lawyers,designers,architects,civilservantsandsoon,whomaydrawenviableannualsalariesbutstillservetheresidentsinmeaningfulways.
