    BackgroundandSignificance:

    Asatypeofparasiticworm,whipwormisresponsibleforcausingseverehealthproblems,includingdiarrhea,abdominalpain,andgrowthretardationinaffectedindividuals.Thedevelopmentofwhipworminvolvesacomplexprocessofdifferentiationfromeggstotheinfectivestageoflarvae.Understandingtheirlifecycleandthefactorsinfluencingtheirdevelopmentisofsignificantimportanceincontrollingthespreadoftheparasitesanddevelopingeffectivetreatments.

    TheblueJiaswhipworm,astrainofTrichuristrichiura,iswell-knownforitssusceptibilitytovariousenvironmentalstressors,includingextremetemperaturesandchangesinpH.Previousstudieshavedemonstratedtheroleofsmallnon-codingRNA(sncRNA)ingeneregulationandcontrollingthedifferentiationofcertaincelltypes,whichmayalsofunctioninthedifferentiationofwhipwormcysts.

    Therefore,thisstudyaimstoexplorethedifferentiationofblueJiaswhipwormcystsandtheexpressionprofileofsncRNAunderdifferentenvironmentalstressors,tohelpimproveourunderstandingoftheparasiticlifecycleandthemechanismsunderlyingtheimpactofenvironmentalstressonwhipwormpopulations.

    ResearchMethodology:

    Inthisstudy,whipwormeggsfromtheblueJiasstrainwillbecollectedandculturedunderdifferentenvironmentalstressors,includingvaryingtemperaturesandpH,toinducethedevelopmentofwhipwormcysts.Thesecystswillbecollectedandanalyzedusingavarietyoftechniques,includingtranscriptomicsandbioinformatics,toprofiletheexpressionofsncRNAacrossvariousstagesofwhipwormdifferentiation.

    ExpectedResults:

    ByexaminingthedifferentialexpressionofsncRNAinwhipwormcystsunderdifferentenvironmentalstressors,thisstudyisexpectedtoprovidenewinsightsintothe
