摘要：幼儿在游戏中的合作是一种重要的交往活动，是幼儿社会性发展的重要内容，幼儿借助一定的合作策略完成合作。幼儿合作行为，即合作的幼儿双方在游戏中建立共同的合作目标，通过协调、配合、计划分工等合作策略的使用，最终完成合作目标的行为。大班是幼儿合作发展的关键期，幼儿间合作行为呈现出越来越多的趋势，本文也对此展开了一定的研究。本文通过观察法及案例分析法对幼儿合作行为进行了观察研究，研究结果显示，幼儿合作行为存在一定的问题，主要包括合作行为中消极策略使用次数较多；教师参与中控制性过强，限制幼儿合作策略的使用；幼儿寻求帮助的合作行为中策略使用不灵活。产生问题的主要原因在于幼儿的社会交往技巧发展不够充分；教师对幼儿合作行为的认知及正确指导不足；幼儿分析判断他人的观点意见存在困难。最后，本文提出幼儿合作行为问题的对策：重视幼儿的移情训练，减少消极策略的使用频次；教师对幼儿合作行为正确认知，科学引导幼儿进行合作；家园合作培养幼儿合作认知。

Abstract:Childrenscooperationingamesisanimportantcommunicationactivityandanimportantcontentofchildrenssocialdevelopment.Childrencompletecooperationwiththehelpofcertaincooperationstrategies.Childrenscooperativebehavior,thatis,thecooperativechildrenestablishacommoncooperativegoalinthegame,andfinallycompletethecooperativegoalthroughtheuseofcooperativestrategiessuchascoordination,cooperation,planninganddivisionoflabor.Largeclassisthekeyperiodofchildrenscooperativedevelopment,andchildrenscooperativebehaviorshowsanincreasingtrend,whichisalsostudiedinthispaper.Thispaperobservesandstudieschildrenscooperativebehaviorthroughobservationandcaseanalysis.Theresultsshowthattherearesomeproblemsinchildrenscooperativebehavior,mainlyincludingtheuseofmorenegativestrategiesincooperativebehavior;Teachersparticipationistoocontrolled,whichlimitstheuseofchildrenscooperativestrategies;Theuseofstrategiesinchildrenscooperativebehaviorofseekinghelpisnotflexible.Themainreasonfortheproblemliesintheinsufficientdevelopmentofchildrenssocialcommunicationskills;Teacherscognitionandcorrectguidanceofchildrenscooperativebehaviorareinsufficient;Itisdifficultforyoungchildrentoanalyzeandjudgetheopinionso
