鉴于甲方为房屋的开发商或所有权人，乙方为房地产销售代理商，双方为了共同发展，实现互利共赢，根据《中华人民共和国合同法》等相关法律法规的规定，经甲乙双方友好协商，就甲方房屋的销售事宜达成如下合作协议：

Article1:CooperationScope

1.1PartyAauthorizesPartyBtoactasitsexclusivesalesagentforthesaleofthehousingprojectsownedPartyA(hereinafterreferredtoastheProject).

1.2ThesalesareacoveredthisAgreementshallbelimitedtotheterritoryspecifiedinAppendix1hereto.

Article2:CooperationTerm

Article3:SalesTarget

3.1PartyBshall,withinthetermofthisAgreement,achieveasalestargetofnotlessthan____________unitsoftheProject.

3.2PartyBshall,withinthetermofthisAgreement,achieveasalesrevenueofnotlessthan____________millionYuanfortheProject.

Article4:CommissionandPayment

Article5:ResponsibilitiesandObligationsofPartyA

5.1PartyAshallprovidePartyBwithallnecessarysalesmaterials,suchaspromotionalmaterials,projectinformation,andpricelists.

5.2PartyAshallensurethattheProjectmeetstherelevantnationalregulationsandstandardsforconstructionandsafety.

5.3PartyAshall,inaccordancewiththelawsandregulationsofthePRCandthetermsofthisAgreement,providePartyBwiththenecessarysupportandassistanceforthesalesactivitiesoftheProject.

Article6:ResponsibilitiesandObligationsofPartyB

6.1PartyBshall,withintheterritorycoveredthisAgreement,activelypromotethesaleoftheProjectandsparenoefforttoachievethesalestargetsetoutinArticle3ofthisAgreement.

6.2PartyBshall,inaccordancewiththelawsandregulationsofthePRCandthetermsofthisAgreement,handleallthesalesrelatedmattersoftheProject,includingbutnotlimitedtocustomer
