旅游演艺游客情感体验研究以延安保育院为例

摘要

本研究以延安保育院的旅游演艺活动为案例，深入探讨了旅游演艺对游客情感体验的影响，并分析了情感体验与旅游满意度之间的关系。通过问卷调查、访谈法和观察法，本研究识别了影响游客情感体验的关键因素，并探讨了提升情感体验的策略。研究结果表明：旅游演艺活动通过情感激发、文化认同、教育价值、互动参与和审美满足等多个维度，显著提升了游客的情感体验。游客的情感体验对其满意度有直接且显著的正向影响，情感体验的深度、多样性和持久性是提升满意度的关键。提升情感体验的策略包括增强演艺内容的情感深度、丰富演艺形式、提升互动性、优化环境氛围、提供文化背景信息、个性化服务、培训专业人才以及收集反馈并持续改进。本研究的发现为旅游演艺的创新发展提供了理论支持和实践指导，同时为其他旅游目的地提供了借鉴和参考。

ABSTRACT

TakingthetourismandperformingartsactivitiesofYananNurserySchoolasacasestudy,thisstudydeeplyexplorestheimpactoftourismperformingartsontouristsemotionalexperience,andanalyzestherelationshipbetweenemotionalexperienceandtourismsatisfaction.Throughquestionnaires,interviews,andobservations,thisstudyidentifiedthekeyfactorsinfluencingtouristsemotionalexperience,anddiscussedstrategiestoenhancetheemotionalexperience.Theresultsshowthattourismperformingartsactivitiessignificantlyenhancetouristsemotionalexperiencethroughmultipledimensionssuchasemotionalstimulation,culturalidentity,educationalvalue,interactiveparticipationandaestheticsatisfaction.Touristsemotionalexperiencehasadirectandsignificantpositiveimpactontheirsatisfaction,andthedepth,diversityandpersistenceofemotionalexperiencearethekeytoimprovingsatisfaction.Strategiestoenhancetheemotionalexperienceincludeenhancingtheemotionaldepthofperformingartscontent,enrichingtheperformingartsformat,improvinginteractivity,optimizingtheenvironment,providingculturalcontext,personalizingservices,trainingprofessionals,andcollectingfeedbackandcontinuousimprovement.Thefindingsofthisstudyprovidetheoreticalsupportandpracticalguidancefortheinnovativedevelopmentoftourismperformingarts,andprovidereferenceforothertouristdestinations.
