前 言

本文件按照?GB/T?1.1—2020《标准化工作导则 第?1?部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规

定起草。

DB43/T?657—2021《地理标志产品?安化黑茶》包括六个部分:

——第?1?部分:黑毛茶;

——第?2?部分:千两茶;

——第?3?部分:湘尖茶;

——第?4?部分:茯茶;

——第?5?部分:黑砖茶;

——第?6?部分:花砖茶。

本文件为?DB43/T?657—2021?的第?2?部分。

本文件代替?DB43/T?389—2010《安化黑茶?千两茶》。与?DB43/T?389—2010?相比,除结构调整和编

辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:

a)?增加了“保质期”内容;

b)?增加了“篾篓”、“棕片”和“蓼叶”定义;

c)?更改了“产品分类”,增加了万两茶、五千两茶、十两茶等规格的产品;

d)?实物标准样由“每三年更换一次”更改为“每五年更换一次”;

e)?增加了要求中“基本要求”章节;

f)?理化指标方面,“非茶类夹杂物”指标由?0.3%更改为“无非茶类夹杂物”的要求,水浸出物

指标由?23%更改为?24%;

g)?删除了卫生指标,均按国家标准执行;

h)?试验方法中“理化指标”增加了“试样制备按?GB/T?8303?的规定执行”,其中水分由按?GB/T?8304

更改为“按?GB?
