本院单机设备报告无纸化的实践探索

[摘要]病案无纸化是当前医院信息化建设的热点，许多医院已经实现了大部分病案资料的无纸化，但是大量的单机设备所

产生的纸质报告仍是病案无纸化的巨大障碍。本研究重在探索单机设备报告无纸化实现方式，以解决病案无纸化过程中剩

余纸质报告无纸化问题。通过构建单机工作站，采用虚拟打印队列技术，使设备工作站摆脱平台和厂家限制，实现了单机

设备报告的无纸化，2019年共节约成本约16万元，提高了病案无纸化率，降低了成本，提升了效率，为实现病案的彻底无

纸化提供了可行的参考方案。

Abstract:Thepaperlessmedicalrecordisahotspotinthecurrenthospitalinformationconstruction.Manyhospitalshaverealized

thepaperlessofmostmedicalrecorddata,butthepaperreportproducedbyalargenumberofstand-aloneequipmentisstillahuge

obstacletothepaperlessmedicalrecord.Thisresearchfocusedontherealizationofpaperlessreportofsingleequipmenttosolve

theproblemofpaperlessremainingpaperintheprocessofpaperlessmedicalrecords.Bybuildingastand-aloneworkstationand

theuseofthevirtualprintqueue,theequipmentworkstationcangetridofthelimitationofplatformandmanufacturer,andrealized

thepaperlessreportingofstand-aloneequipment.In2019,thetotalcostwassavedabout160thousandyuan,thepaperlessrateof

medicalrecordswasincreased,thecostwasreduced,andtheefficiencywasimproved,whichprovidedafeasiblereferencescheme

forrealizingthecompletepaperlessreportingofmedicalrecords.
