CommissionAgreement
ThisCommissionAgreement(theAgreement)ismadeandenteredintobyandbetween[Principal’sName](the“Principal”)and[Contractor’sName](the“Contractor”),effectiveasof[EffectiveDate].
PREAMBLE
ThePrincipalandtheContractoragreetoworktogetherinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionssetoutinthisAgreement,whichoutlinesthearrangementsforthepaymentofcommissionstotheContractorinconnectionwithcertainservicesprovidedtothePrincipal.
1.SCOPEOFSERVICES
TheContractorshallprovidespecifiedservicestothePrincipalasdetailedintheattachedservicecontractorasotherwiseagreeduponbybothparties.
2.COMMISSIONS
2.2Commissionsshallbecalculatedbasedontheperformanceoftheservicesandmaybetiedtospecificresultsoroutcomesachieved.
3.PAYMENTSCHEDULE
3.1Commissionsshallbepaidaccordingtoapredeterminedschedule,whichshallbeclearlystatedintheservicecontractoragreeduponbybothparties.
3.2Incaseofanychangestothepaymentschedule,awrittennoticeshallbeprovidedbyeitherpartytotheother,withadequatetimeforadjustments.
4.CONDITIONSANDLIMITATIONS
4.1Thepaymentofcommissionsmaybesubjecttocertainconditionsorlimitations,suchasminimumperformancestandards,adherencetoqualitystandards,orachievementofspecificbusinesstargets.
4.2Anysuchconditionsorlimitationsshallbeclearlystatedintheservicecontractoragreeduponbybothparties.Failuretomeettheseconditionsmayresultinthenon-paymentorreductionofcommissions.
5.CONFIDENTIALITY
BothpartiesshallmaintainconfidentialityofallinformationrelatedtothisAgreement,itsterms,andconditions,aswellasanyotherinformationthatmaybedeemedconfidential.
6.TERMINATION
ThisAgreementmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartygivingawrittennoticetotheotherpartywithareas
