2.1.product/servicedescription

2.4.qualityassurance
Thesupplierguaranteesthattheproducts/servicesprovidedunderthiscontractmeetthebuyersqualityrequirementsandspecifications.Thesuppliershallberesponsibleforanydefectsornonconformitiesintheproducts/services.
2.5.confidentiality
Thesupplierandthebuyeragreetokeepthetermsandconditionsofthiscontractconfidentialandnotdisclosethemtoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheotherparty.
2.6.termination
2.7.disputes
AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththiscontractshallbesettledarbitrationinaccordancewiththerulesoftheInternationalChamberofCommerce(ICC).Theplaceofarbitrationshallbethecityspecifiedinthecontract.
