TRAININGSCHOOLPART-TIMEFOREIGNTEACHERCONTRACT
I.INTRODUCTION
Thiscontractismadebyandbetween[nameofthetrainingschool](hereinafterreferredtoas“School”)and[nameoftheforeignteacher](hereinafterreferredtoas“Teacher”),whowillserveasapart-timeforeignteacherattheSchool.Thiscontractiseffectiveasofthedateofsigningbybothpartiesandshallcontinueuntiltheexpirationdatespecifiedbelow.
II.CONTRACTTERM
Thetermofthiscontractshallbefrom[startdate]to[enddate].Thepartiesmaymutuallyagreetoextendthetermofthecontract.
III.DUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES
1.Teacher’sDuties
TheTeacheragreestoperformthefollowingduties:
*Toprovidehigh-qualityeducationandtrainingtostudentsinaccordancewiththeSchool’scurriculumandstandards.
*Toengageininteractiveandcommunicativeteachingmethodstoenhancestudentlearning.
*Toprovidefeedbackandguidancetostudentsonaregularbasistoaidtheirprogress.
*Toparticipateinschoolevents,workshops,andotherprofessionaldevelopmentopportunitiesasrequestedbytheSchool.
2.Teacher’sResponsibilities
TheTeachershallberesponsiblefor:
*Ensuringthatallteachingmaterialsandresourcesareproperlypreparedandorganizedforeachclass.
*AdheringtotheSchool’spoliciesandprocedures,includingthoserelatedtostudentdiscipline,healthandsafety,anduseoftechnology.
*MaintainingaprofessionaldemeanoranddresscodewhileoncampusorrepresentingtheSchool.
*Respectingtherightsanddignityofeachstudentandensuringthatnostudentisdiscriminatedagainstonthebasisofrace,gender,religion,oranyotherprotectedstatus.
IV.PAYMENTANDBENEFITS
1.Teacher’sSalary
TheTeachershallreceiveasalaryof[salaryamount]perhour,whichshallbepaidmonthlybytheSchool.Thefirstpaymentshallbemadeon[f
