InternationalFreightForwardingContract

1.ScopeofWork

PartyBagreestoperformthefollowingservicesastheinternationalfreightforwarderforPartyA:

*Arrangingandbookingoftransportation

*Customsclearance

*Deliverytothefinaldestination

*Anyotherrelatedservicesagreeduponbybothparties

2.TermsandConditions

2.1Freight

Thefreightchargesshallbecalculatedbasedontheweight,volume,anddistanceofthegoods.Thespecificfreightratewillbeagreeduponbybothpartiesbeforethecommencementofthetransportation.

2.2Payment

PartyAshallmakepaymenttoPartyBthroughwiretransferoranyotheragreeduponmethod.Thepaymentshallbemadewithin30daysfromthedateoftheinvoice.

2.3Invoice

PartyBshallprovideaninvoicetoPartyAfortheservicesrendered.Theinvoiceshallincludethefollowinginformation:

*Dateofissuance

*Nameandaddressoftheparties

*Descriptionofthegoodsandservicesprovided

*Totalamountdue

*Anyothernecessaryinformationforpayment

2.4Currency

Alltransactionsbetweenthepartiesshallbeconductedin[Currency].PartyBshallacceptpaymentinthiscurrencyonly.

2.5TimeofDelivery

PartyBshallensurethatthegoodsaredeliveredtothefinaldestinationwithintheagreedupontimeframe.AnydelayindeliveryshallbenotifiedtoPartyAimmediately.

2.6ResponsibilityforLossorDamage

PartyBshallberesponsibleforanylossordamagetothegoodsduringtransportation.However,PartyBshallnotberesponsibleforanylossordamagecausedbywar,terrorism,oranyotherforcemajeureevents.

2.7CancellationofContract

Eitherpartymaycancelthiscontractbygivingwrittennoticetotheotherparty.Thenoticeshallspecifythedateofcancellationandthereasonsforthecance
