■GENERALDESCRIPTION

TheXC6133seriesareultra-smalldelaycapacitoradjustabletypevoltagedetectorsthathavehighaccuracyandsensepin

isolation.HighaccuracyandalowsupplycurrentareachievedbymeansofaCMOSprocess,ahighlyaccuratereference

powersupply,andlasertrimmingtechnology.

Thesensepinisisolatedfromthepowerinputpintoenablemonitoringofthevoltageofanotherpowersupply.Outputcan

bemaintainedinthedetectionstateevenifthevoltageofthepowersupplythatismonitoreddropsto0V.Thesensepinis

alsosuitablefordetectinghighvoltages,andthedetectionandreleasevoltagecanbesetasdesiredusingexternalresistors.

Aninternaldelaycircuitisalsoprovided.ByconnectingacapacitortotheCd/MRBpin,anyreleasedelaytimeanddetect

delaytimecanbeset,andthepincanalsobeusedasamanualresetpin.
