新时代高校化工专业高分子学科
人才培养模式改革

摘要：文章从习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的主要内容出发，分析当前高校化学化工专业高分子学科人才培
养现状和问题，探讨如何在教学中贯彻落实习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，提出具体的人才培养方法改革措
施，包括培养目标、培养方法、培养方案和考评机制等。并通过思政育人和实验教学的有机融合、相互促进，实现了课
程学思结合、知行统一，旨在为提高高校化学化工专业高分子学科教学质量和培养高素质的化学化工人才提供借鉴
和参考。
关键词：化学化工专业；高分子学科；人才培养

Era.Itanalyzesthecurrentteachingstatusandproblemsofthetalentteachingofpolymerdisciplineinthechemistryandchemical
engineeringmajorsofcollegesanduniversities,anddiscusseshowtoimplementXiJinpingThoughtonSocialismwithChinese
CharacteristicsforaNewErainteaching.Somespecificreformmeasuresfortalentcultivationmethodshavebeenproposed,
