新时代教育家精神的生成逻辑、价值意蕴与弘扬路径

摘要：在教育强国和民族复兴的时代语境下，该文以新时代教育家精神为研究方向，通过揭示新时代教育家精神源于马克思主义经典作家的教育观，源于中华优秀传统师道文化，基于中国共产党人百年教育实践特别是党的十八大以来教育改革伟大实践的内在生成逻辑，进而阐释新时代教育家精神所体现的的价值意蕴。最后，结合当代中国教育实践，以教育家精神践行为目的，从三个方面对新征程上教育家精神的弘扬路径进行探讨，即：弘扬新时代教育家精神，应筑牢教育强国建设根基，增强使命意识;挖掘传承中华优秀传统教育文化，涵育教师素养;着力讲好教育家故事，助力示范引领。

Abstract：Inthecontextoftheeraofeducationalpowerandnationalrejuvenation，thispapertakesthespiritofeducatorsintheneweraastheresearchdirection，revealsthatthespiritofeducatorsintheneweraisderivedfromtheeducationaloutlookofMarxistclassicwriters，originatesfromtheexcellenttraditionalteachercultureofChina，andisbasedontheinternalgenerationlogicofthecentennialeducationalpracticeoftheCPC，especiallythegreatpracticeofeducationalreformsincethe18thNationalCongressoftheParty.Furthermore，thevalueimplicationsreflectedinthespiritofeducatorsintheneweraareelaborated.Finally，basedoncontemporaryChineseeducationalpracticeandwiththegoalofpracticingthespiritofeducators，thispaperexploresthepathofpromotingthespiritofeducatorsonthenewjourneyfromthreeaspects：topromotethespiritofeducatorsinthenewera，weshouldestablishasolidfoundationforbuildinganeducationalpowerhouseandenhanceoursenseofmission;exploreandinherittheexcellenttraditionaleducationcultureofChina，andcultivatetheliteracyofteachers;strivetotellthestoriesofeducatorswellandassistindemonstrationandleadership.
