关于南苑一村8-12#楼工程细部作法
本工程主体分部已全部结束，正进入装饰、安装阶段，为
保证装饰工程达到优良，特作如下处理。
一、墙体细部
1、脚手架
内外墙上的预留脚手洞等，在粉刷之前，先用水泥砂浆，
半砖在墙洞的内口堵实，隔日在洞外，用水泥砂浆嵌满，用半
砖到洞内的砂浆外涉为宜，或用细石砼分层嵌密，最后在
墙洞的外侧，用水泥砂浆抹平洞口。
2、窗台墙
因考虑窗台部位，易裂缝渗水，窗台面采用细石砼压顶，
窗台粉刷时，窗台与窗框的间距为外低10mm，内高10mm，同
时外窗台与墙面的交接处，采用玻璃胶嵌实。
3、滴水线
滴水要精工细作，既保证使用功能，也增强外饰面的观感
效果，根据规范、要求，对外墙窗台、阳台、雨蓬等前后
端部都应做滴水。
①窗楣、阳台各雨蓬的底部用鹰咀式滴水。
②挑檐以及底层阳台或雨蓬的下口做3cm宽乘1cm厚的滴

windowsillsurfaceistoppedwithfinestoneconcrete.Whenthewindowsillis
painted,thedistanceweenthewindowsillandthewindowframeis10mm
lowerontheoutsideand10mmhigherontheinside.Atthesametime,the
junctionweentheouterwindowsillandthewallisembeddedwithglass
