基于职业能力测评体系的中高职衔接研究与实践

摘要：职业教育是一种以职业能力为核心的能力本位教育，职业能力是衡量职业院校学生质量高低的核心标准，
现行的职业教育制度中并没有一个统一的评价标准来衡量学生是不是真正掌握了职业技能，是不是具备了
适应工作岗位的职业能力[1]。如何突破中高职教育衔接存在的问题，基于职业能力测评体系的研究，实现
中高职有效衔接，创新职业教育技术技能人才培养模式、提高中高职院校人才培养质量，从而倒逼中高职
人才培养方案、课程体系、课程内容、招生考试等方面的改革，是职业教育长期研究的问题，也是适应经
济社会行业发展对高技能人才的迫切需要[2]。
