WHEREAS,theSelleristheownerofthegoodsdescribedinthisContractandiswillingtosellsuchgoodstotheBuyer,andtheBuyeriswillingtopurchasesuchgoodsfromtheSelleronthetermsandconditionssetforthherein.
NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualcovenantsandagreementscontainedherein,thepartiesheretoagreeasfollows:
