一、目前2#炉卷扬机存在的问题
1、整个设备振动严重，特别是启制动时。在正常运行时，振动也比1#炉大。
2、高速轴器漏油严重，齿轮磨损严重。
3、电机联轴器螺栓
4、卷筒与低速齿轮的铰制孔连接螺栓松动，后来又加了几个。
5、卷筒端部的孔小了，更换钢丝绳时，工人很难进到卷筒。

二、2#炉卷扬参数的修改
原设计的提升速度是4m/s，因速度太快，故制动不平稳。为了将运行速度
降低到3m/s，并降低最低转速，沙钢加大了高速齿轮箱轴的数比。总的数比由
25改为了34.74。
