ThisContractismadeandenteredintoasof[Date](theEffectiveDate)byandbetween[NameofSchool/Institution],a[typeofentity]locatedat[School/InstitutionAddress](Employer),and[NameofTeacher],a[nationality]citizenresidingat[TeachersAddress](Teacher).
1.PositionandDuties:
TheTeacherisherebyemployedbytheEmployerasa[specificsubject]teacher,effectiveasoftheEffectiveDate.TheTeachersprimarydutiesshallinclude,butnotbelimitedto:
-Teaching[specificsubject(s)]tostudentsinaccordancewiththecurriculumprovidedbytheEmployer.
-Preparinglessonplansandteachingmaterials.
-Conductingclasses,tutorials,andothereducationalactivitiesasassigned.
-Assessingstudentperformanceandprovidingfeedback.
-Participatinginstaffmeetings,professionaldevelopmentactivities,andotherschoolfunctionsasrequired.
-Maintainingaprofessionalandpositiveclassroomenvironment.
-AdheringtothepoliciesandproceduresoftheEmployer.
2.TermofEmployment:
ThetermofthisemploymentcontractshallcommenceontheEffectiveDateandshallcontinueforaperiodof[numberofmonths/years]fromtheEffectiveDate,unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisContract.
3.SalaryandCompensation:
TheTeachershallbepaidamonthlysalaryof[amount][currency],payableonthe[specificdayofthemonth]ofeachmonth.Thesalaryshallbepaidin[currency]andshallbesubjecttoapplicabletaxesanddeductionsasrequiredbylaw.
4.Benefits:
Inadditiontothesalary,theTeachershallbeentitledtothefollowingbenefits:
-HealthinsurancecoverageasprovidedbytheEmployer,subjecttothetermsandconditionsoftheinsurancepolicy.
-Paidleaveasfollows:
-Annualleave:[numberofdays]peryear.
-Sickleave:[numberofdays]peryear.
-Publicholidays:[numberofdays]peryear.
-[Anyotherbenefits,suchashousingallowance,transportationallowance,etc.
