3.Confidentiality

ThepartiesagreetokeepconfidentialallinformationdisclosedtothembytheotherpartyinconnectionwiththisContract,includingbutnotlimitedtotechnical,commercial,financial,andotherbusinessinformation.SuchconfidentialityobligationsshallsurvivetheterminationorexpirationofthisContract.
