ThisHotelRentalAgreement(theAgreement)ismadeandenteredintoasof[Date],byandbetween[HotelName],acompanyincorporatedunderthelawsof[Country/City](hereinafterreferredtoastheHotel),and[RentersFullName],aresidentof[RentersAddress],(hereinafterreferredtoastheRenter).
1.DescriptionofProperty:
TheHotelherebyagreestorenttotheRenter,andtheRenteragreestorentfromtheHotel,thefollowingpropertylocatedat[HotelAddress](theProperty),fortheperioddescribedbelow.
2.RentalPeriod:
Therentalperiodshallcommenceon[StartDate]andterminateon[EndDate](theRentalPeriod).TheRentershallnotoccupythePropertypriortotheStartDateorremaininoccupancyaftertheEndDatewithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheHotel.
3.Rent:
TheRentershallpaytotheHotelthefollowingrentforthePropertyduringtheRentalPeriod:
a.MonthlyRent:[Amount]permonth,payableonthefirstdayofeachmonth.
b.SecurityDeposit:[Amount],whichshallbeheldbytheHotelassecurityfortheperformanceofthisAgreementandshallbereturnedtotheRenterupontheterminationoftheRentalPeriod,subjecttothedeductionofanyamountsowedtotheHotel.
4.PaymentTerms:
a.Rentshallbepaidinadvance,andtheRentershallmakeallpaymentsbytheduedateasspecifiedinthisAgreement.
b.Anylatepaymentshallbesubjecttoalatefeeof[Percentage]%ofthelateamount,tobepaidwithin[NumberofDays]daysfromtheduedate.
c.Allpaymentsshallbemadebybanktransferorcashierschecktothefollowingaccount:[HotelBankName],AccountNumber:[AccountNumber],SWIFTCode:[SWIFTCode].
5.UseofProperty:
TheRentershallusethePropertysolelyforresidentialpurposesandshallnotuseorpermittheuseofthePropertyforanyillegal,fraudulent,orotherimproperpurposes.
6.MaintenanceandRepairs:
