Abstract

Inrecentyears,symbiosisdesignhasgraduallyemergedinthe

fieldoflandscapearchitecturedesignandresearch,andhasbecomea

hotspotinlandscapearchitectureresearch.However,symbioticdesign

stillhasitsowndilemmasinthefieldoflandscapearchitecture,

suchasconceptualabstraction,difficultyinintegratingpractice,

andunsystematicresearch.Forthisreason,thisstudyconductsthe

researchonsymbiosisdesigntheory,andtriestoconstructa

comprehensiveandsystematiclandscapegardensymbiosisdesign

theoreticalsystem.

Thisstudycombsthesourceofsymbiosisandputsforwardthe

connotationofsymbiosisdesign:basedonaholisticandappropriate

attitude,withconnectionastheobjectofthedesignprocess,to

achieveaharmoniousandcompatiblere-creationprocessoflandscape

architecture.Emphasizetheconstructionofconnectionasthecoreof

symbiosisdesign.Andanalyzedandsummarizedthefourcharacteristics

ofsymbiosisdesign,namely,localwork,focusonthewhole;dialogue

time,focusondevelopment;coordinationandcompatibility,

appropriatedesign;localevidence,intentiontoopensource.

Thisstudyconstructsatheoreticalsystemoflandscape

architecturesymbiosisdesign:asystematic,condensed,andadaptable

landscapearchitecturesymbiosisdesignstrategyintegration.The

theoreticalsystemexpandsthediscussionfromsevendimensions,namely,

thenaturaldimension—combinationandprominence,theoriginaltruth

intheplace;thehuman-orienteddimension—universaland

unobstructed,adaptabletostimulate;thespatialdimension—thebody

issuitableforseparationandconnection,andtheconnectionis

suitable;thetimedimension—Compatibleregenerationandcyclical

iteration;culturaldimension—symbiosiscorrectness,mappings
