摘 要 古镇有着独有的自然风光和悠久的历史文化，随着社会经济的发展，其稀缺性以及与现代建筑景观、生活方式的强烈差异性引起了人们越来越浓厚的兴趣，古镇资源的旅游价值和经济价值日益彰显。然而，在古镇旅游开发的初期阶段，很多地方都走的是“先开发后治理”的弯路。古镇旅游开发与保护和古镇可持续发展是相互依存的。发展古镇旅游不仅不会带来破坏，还可以增强地方和社会经济的发展，同时保护古迹与环境，促进了古镇旅游可持续发展。本文首先从内涵、意义与效益等方面介绍了古镇旅游可持续发展基本理论；其次阐述了西塘古镇旅游业发展现状；然后深入地剖析了西塘古镇旅游业可持续发展中存在的主要问题；最后，在前面研究的基础上，从爱护古镇环境、深挖文化内涵、实施品牌战略和满足多元化需求等方面提出了促进西塘古镇旅游业可持续发展的对策措施。 关键词：ABSTRACT Town tourism has unique natural scenery and long history, with the development of social economy. its scarcity and modern landscape architecture, difference of lifestyle cause people more and more interesting in tourism resources, Ancient Towns becomes more and more obviously in value and economic value of tourism. However, in the initial development phase of tourism development, many place walked the road of "first development, then management". Town tourism sustainable development and protection is interdependent. Development not only won't bring destruction tourist town, but also can enhance local and the development of social economy, and protects historical relics and environment, and promotes sustainable development of tourism of the town. Frist, this paper from the connotation、meaning and benefit introduces the basic theory of ancient town tourism sustainable development. Secondly elaborate the present situation of town tourism development of Xitang. Then, this paper analyzes of the tourism sustainable development deeply. Finally, based on the above study, From protecting the ancient town environment, digging culture connotation deeply, implementting brand strategy and mMeetting the multiplication demand,etc. This paper give some proposes to promote the tourism countermeasures of sustainable development.
