毕业论文 （20_ _届） A大学青年教师职业压力现状对策研究 摘 要 在工作中，高校青年教师经常会遇到不同程度的心理压力，教育的改革既给广大高校教师带来前所未有的机遇，也带来了巨大的冲击和压力。目前很多相关的研究揭示出我国高校青年教师的现状却不容乐观，处在事业发展初创时期的他们在高校各部门工作的第一线，承担了大量的教学、科研任务，同时，他们还面临着教师角色的适应、婚姻与家庭、住房、未来职业定位等问题的挑战。 本文首先论述了本课题研究的背景及意义，其次阐述了职业压力的各种理论依据，再次以A大学青年教师为研究对象，通过设计调查问卷对万里学院青年教师职业压力现状的实证研究调查，并分析数据，最后由前两部分的理论基础作为研究的依据以实证调查数据作为事实根据，提出缓解压力的可行性建议，希望给我校青年教师带来有益的参考。 关键词：Abstract The rapid development of society and the education reform not only bring unprecedented opportunities to college young teachers, but also great pressure and impact. The oversize professional stress brings strong impact to teachers. At present, many related studies reveal that the status of young university teachers is not so optimistic in China. They work hard and they are in the start-up period in their development. They take a lot of teaching and researching tasks. At the same time, they are confronted with many challenges, such as marriage and family, housing, future career orientation and so on.
