南 京 工 程 学 院 毕业设计说明书(论文) 作 者： 朱玉卿 学 号： 201090708 系 部： 机械工程学院 专 业： 工业工程 题 目： 基于人机工程的数控机床设计 指导者： 王云霞 副教授 王志亮 副教授 评阅者： 2013 年 6 月 南 京中文摘要 目前数控机床在制造行业中被使用的越来越多，但是机床的使用效率却一直不尽如人意，看上去是操作者使用不当导致的，但归根结底是由于机床在设计的时候就存在了一些问题。比如机床的尺寸设计的不合理，使得使用者操作时身体不舒服；机床控制面板颜色比较单调，使得操作者长期看着面板会觉得眼睛疲劳；机床整体造型存在不足之处，给人一种陌生、距离感；操作环境也不怎么舒适，不利于操作者的长期作业。因此运用人机工程学的相关知识，考虑人体尺寸、色彩心理学等知识，对机床进行以人为本的设计。设计过程中，先对现有机床进行尺寸测量，然后运用UG软件建立初始模型，最后运用人机工程的知识对机床的基本尺寸、控制面板、操作环境和整体造型行进改进设计，使得人-机-环境三者之间做到相互协调，从而提高人机系统的工作效率。 关键词：数控机床，人机工程，设计 外文摘要 Title The Design Of CNC Machine Tool Based On Man-machine engineering Abstract Currently more and more CNC machine tools have been used in the manufacturing industry, but the efficiency of machine tool has never been satisfactory .it seems due to the improper use, but in fact it is the machine has weakness at the beginning of the design. For example the size of machine is unreasonable, which makes the user uncomfortable; the machine control panel ’color is monotonous, allowing the operator to long-term look at panel will feel eye fatigue; the machine tools shape’ inadequacies will make people uncomfortable; the environment is not comfortable, not conducive to the long-term operation. So we use the related knowledge of Man-machine engineering, considering the knowledge of body size and psychology of color, design the machine tool based on people. In the design process, firstly we measure the existing machine tool, and then use UG software to establish the initial model, using man-machine engineering knowledge, designing the machine control panel, operating environment and the overall shape of CNC, making Man - Machine - Environment coordinate with each other, lastly the man-machine system ’wo
