* Chinese medicine dysmenorrhea 20112240203 郭璐萍 The reason of dysmenorrhea TCM holds the view that there are two main causes of dysmenorrhea, one is the deficiency syndrome(虚证）, It is caused by weakness of qi and blood, or liver and kidney’s loss, this kind of person should pay attention to nourish at ordinary times, tonifying qi and blood and nourishing liver and kidney. Another one is the empirical（实证）, it is caused by qi-blood operation impeded. Four types 气滞血淤 Qi and blood stasis 气血虚弱 Qi weakness 阳虚内寒 Yang deficiency cold inside 　肝肾虚损 Liver and kidney deficient Qi and blood stasis(气滞血淤) Before or during menstruation underbelly and nipple feel painful, easily to be upset and irritability, can eat motherwort(益母草） boiled with eggs Qi weakness(气血虚弱) Menstruation underbelly ache and menstrual quantity is little, color is thin, you may feel sleepy, poor appetite. Can take drugs which have analgesic effect or can beneficial to blood, can eat mutton. Yang deficiency cold inside(阳虚内寒) Liver and kidney deficient(肝肾虚损) After or during menstruation , nipple feel pain, menstrual color is light and quantity is little, legs become aching?and?limp ,hands and foots are cold, .Should take drugs which can nourish blood and have analgesic effect .Such as soup of brown sugar and ginger. 1-2 days after menstruation，you may feel the waist and legs become aching?and?limp , alvine ache, dizziness, tinnitus, Should take drugs which is beneficial to kidney .eat eggs boiled with ligustici(川穹) salvia(鼠尾草）.
