PAGE 20 PAGE 1 BIM技术在体育馆建设中的应用 摘 要 随着建筑市场的不断发展，BIM技术的成熟性与日俱增，渐渐地被应用在更多的建筑工程之中。BIM技术应用于体育馆建设项目是卓有成效的，BIM技术通过在建筑工程全生命周期中的信息化、数据化管理，为体育馆建筑工程提升工程质量的同时，又能为体育馆建设工程减少因为错误信息或是修改信息所产生的成本。在体育馆建设工程之中，BIM技术相对于传统CAD图纸技术有更多的应用，BIM技术可应用于精准制作施工图纸及建模、精准计算施工建设中工程量、形成坐标网络以及优化建设方案等体育馆建筑工程中。随着BIM技术的不断发展，国内外都有了许多BIM技术应用于体育馆建设的成功案例，本文选用我国的天津大学体育馆作为例子进行BIM技术应用于体育馆建设中的研究分析，在BIM技术不断发展不断普及的情况下，其先进的技术以及优秀的成效势必将掀起新的体育馆建设风潮。 关键词： BIM技术的应用；建筑工程；建模制图；工程量计算 Application of BIM technology in stadium construction Abstract With the continuous development of the construction market, the maturity of BIM technology is increasing day by day, and it is gradually applied in more construction projects. The application of BIM technology in stadium construction projects is very effective. BIM technology can improve the quality of stadium construction projects through informatization and data management in the whole life cycle of construction projects, and at the same time reduce the cost caused by wrong information or modification of information for stadium construction projects. In stadium construction projects, BIM technology has more applications than traditional CAD drawing technology. BIM technology can be applied in stadium construction projects such as accurate construction drawings and modeling, accurate calculation of engineering quantities in construction and construction, formation of coordinate network and optimization of construction plans. With the continuous development of BIM technology, both at home and abroad have many successful cases of BIM technology applied to the construction of the stadium, this paper chooses the tianjin university gymnasium as an example to research and analysis of BIM technology applied to the construction of the stadium, the expansion of the continuous development of BIM technology, its advanced technology and excellent effectiveness construction is bound to bring about a new gymnasium.
