中州大学工程技术学院 毕业论文 （电工教研室） 题目：基于单片机的无刷直流电动机的调速控制 专业班级：09电子一班 设 计 人:张金龙 学 号:200925110113 指导老师：刘喜峰 设计时间: 2012年3月12日 摘要 随着时代的进步，生活水平的提高，我们的生活中出现了很多的电用设施。水泵越来越多的进入我们的生活，水泵的产品越来越多不断的更新换代，从单一向多功能发展，设计方案越来越多对于高压水泵的设计更是如出一辙。 高压水泵变频控制、供水、调速以及系统硬件及硬件选择都有很高的要求和标准，系统采用内置变频调速器、先进的可编程控制器等现代控制技术，对水泵机组进行闭环控制，确保压力波动小、达到设定压力时间短、且可随用水量的变化自动调节水泵转速及工作水泵台数，确保恒压变量供水。具有输入电源缺相、不平恒、过压、过流、过载、短路、电机过热、飞速启动、断水及低水位停机等完善的安全保护功能，有效的提高了给水成套设备的安全可靠性。由于变频调速具有调速的机械特性好，效率高，调速范围宽，精度高，调整特性曲线平分，可以实现连续的、平稳的调速，体积小、维护简单方便、自动化水平高等一系列突出的优点而倍受人们的青睐。 关键词；水泵变频、自动调节、电源 Summary With the progress of the times, the improvement of living standards in our lives a lot of electricity facilities.
