毕业论文 （2010届） 对农村信用社的改革成效分析 摘 要 中国农村信用社经过近60年来的发展，在支持农业生产、发展农村经济服务农民方面发挥了十分重要的作用。2003 年，国务院下发了国发[2003]15 号《深化农村信用社改革试点方案》，确定山东、浙江、贵州等 8 个省(市)作为第一批改革试点单位，揭开了新一轮农村信用社改革的序幕。随着改革的不断深入，农村信用社改革发展在取得明显成效的同时，也面临着一些深层次的问题。因此，对农村信用社的改革发展进行认真的研究，将具有重要的理论意义和重大现实意义。 本文选定位于浙江中部的发达县级市---东阳市农村信用合作联社作为目标，基于它的实际情况，进行了深入的调研和分析。具体描述了东阳市农村信用合作联社改革取得的阶段性成果，包括在内部制度上的建设，经营业绩的管理以及如何更好的提高支农服务的水平。分析中发现联社也面临着一些例如产权关系和治理结构等深层次的问题，需要在今后的发展中进一步的去完善。期望本文的发展建议能对深化农村信用社的改革起到一定的借鉴作用。 关键词：农村信用社；改革成效；发展建议Abstract yed a very important role in supporting agricultural production, developing the rural economy, and servicing farmers . in 2003, the State Council after-cropped the country to send the [2003]15 number "To deepen Rural credit cooperative Pilot reform Plan", determined that Shandong, Zhejiang, Guizhou and so on 8 provinces (city) took first revises the leather experiment site unit, has opened the new round agricultural letter society reform prologue. While the rural credit union makes rapid progress along with reform unceasingly thorough, it has also confronted deep problem. Therefore, it will have important theoretical and practical significance to conduct research on the reformation and development of rural credit cooperative. Selected in this article developed county-level city in Central Zhejiang Dinging city---the rural credit cooperatives as the destination based on the actual situation, through in-depth research, analysis. Dinging city, described the achievements made in the reform of rural credit cooperatives, including in the construction of internal systems, business performance management and how to better improve the level of service in agriculture. Analysis found that Union faced some deep-rooted problems such as such as property rights relationship and governance structure; need in the future development of further improvement. Study on the expectation of this article on the experience of deepening the reform of rural credit cooperatives plays a role. Keywords: Rural credit cooper
