中文摘要 当今社会已经进入以互联网为标志的信息时代，庞大的网络群体催生了一个新 的社会即网络社会。它几乎和我们的现实生活密不可分，它以独特的方式改变着人 们的生活方式，给人类带来了一场时空革命，使人类的交往步入了另一个新时代。 然而，网络作为一把“双刃剑”，却又隐含着巨大的张力和悖论。在彰显巨大力量 的同时，也使现实社会的伦理道德遭遇空前的危机与挑战，为了消除网络带来的诸 多负面影响，研究当前的网络社会的伦理问题，建构网络社会伦理控制体系势在必 行，这是时代的需要，亦是构建社会主义和谐社会的需要。本文以伦理学理论为指 导，立足于当前我国网络社会的现状，对以“人肉搜索”引发的网络伦理问题的现 状、原因和社会控制进行了阐述和分析，正文包括以下四大部分。 第一部分首先提出了研究“人肉搜索”引发的网络伦理问题的意义，然后综述 了网络伦理的国内外的研究现状，阐述了研究的思路和方法，最后指出本文的创新 与不足。 第二部分为“‘人肉搜索’引发的网络伦理问题”。通过对“人肉搜索”的概 念、特征的介绍，回顾了“人肉搜索”近几年的发展历程，论述了其引发的网络隐 私权的侵害与网络舆论暴力问题。 第三部分为“‘人肉搜索’引发的网络伦理问题的原因分析”。主要包括技术 根源、网民心理根源及其外部根源进行分析。 第四部分为“‘人肉搜索’引发的网络伦理问题的解决路径”。从网络道德规 范、道德教育、法律规范、网络技术及政府监管方面，详细论述了“人肉搜索”引 发的网络伦理问题的解决路径。 关键词：网络社会；网络伦理；人肉搜索 I Abstract  Now the soeiety has entered the information age which takes the  internet as symbol.The huge network community has expedited a new social 一 Network Soeiety.The network soeiety and our real life have close relation，It is changing people’s life style in special way,and bring a space-time revolution to the humanity,making the humanity’s association to march into another new times. At the same time,as a ‘double-edged sword’, they exhibited tremendous strength，but made real society faced unprecedented ethical crisis and challenges.In order to eliminate many negative effects which the network brought, studying the ethic of network society,building social ethics control system of the network society is imperative,it is the needs of the times and socialist harmonious society.
