包装箱的封口设计 学院： 专业： 年级: 指导老师： 学生姓名： 日期：  摘要本次课题设计的包装箱封口机，采用两侧皮带驱动来进行封箱的方案，上下封箱、经济、快速、平稳。这种方案在技术上相当成熟的一种广泛应用于生产实际中。这次设计的包装箱封口机，可以根据纸箱规格，手调节宽度及高度，可单机作业，也可与自动化包装流水线配套使用。工作时，当箱体进入工作空间后，箱体在侧面齿状皮带的摩擦力作用下前进。当运行至刀架位置时，箱体将刀架和前胶带压轮压退位，而后胶带压轮在四杆机构的作用下与前胶带压轮保持同步运动而退位，并使前面的胶带与纸箱贴合并封箱。随着箱体前进，胶带不断地抽出封在箱体上。当箱体的后部离开刀时，前胶带压轮由于四杆机构的作用与后胶带压轮的运动一致，而刀架受弹簧弹力作用，复位弹起，切断胶带。当箱体运动离开后胶带压轮时，后胶带压轮也由于受可调弹簧回位作用而复位，使连在箱体上最后的胶带也贴在箱体上，完成后段封箱任务。该论文详细说明了本次封箱机设计的步骤及其依据。包括设计方案的选择、电机的选择、工作台部件的设计、顶式部件设计和刀片的设计。 关键词：封箱机；四杆机构；工作台部件；刀架部件；刀片设计  Abstract This topic design is the packing box sealing machine, uses both sides belt drive to carry on the seal box the plan, the upper and lower sealing box, the economy, the fast, smooth.
