脊柱结核 Vertebral tuberculosis is the first of the total joint tuberculosis of the whole body, which is very rare in appendix tuberculosis. The vertebral body is mostly pine bone, and its nourishing artery is the terminal artery, and the bacterium is easy to stay in the vertebral body. The highest rates of lumbar activity in the spine, the highest incidence of lumbar vertebral tuberculosis, inferior thoracic vertebra, and inferior cervical vertebra, and the disease of sacrococcygeal tuberculosis are rare. The incidence of the disease was significantly reduced in children with children over 30 years. Pathology: vertebral tuberculosis can be divided into two types: central and marginal. Central vertebral body tuberculosis: more common in children under the age of lO than in the thoracic vertebra. The disease progresses rapidly and the entire vertebra is compressed into a wedge. Generally, only one vertebral body is infringed, and there are also the adjacent vertebral bodies (FIG. 70, 1, 2) that penetrate the disk of the vertebra. Borderline vertebral body tuberculosis: most commonly in adults, lumbar spine is a good hair area. The lesion is limited to the upper margin of the vertebral body and is rapidly encroaching on the disc and adjacent vertebral bodies. Vertebral disc damage is characteristic of the disease, so the intervertebral space is narrow (FIG. 70, 1, 2). There are two manifestations of the cold abscess formed after the breakdown of the vertebral body: the abscess of the vertebra: the pus is pooled in the vertebral body and can be in front, rear, or both sides. To accumulate on both sides and in front of more. The abscess causes the periosteum to rise and spreads up and down the ligament, causing bone erosion on the edges of several vertebral bodies. It can also go back into the spinal canal, pressing the spinal cord and the nerve root. (2) lingers abscess: after vertebral side abscess accumulation to a certain number, higher pressure, will wear out perioste
