Modern CNC machine PLC instead of relay control to complete logic control, make the CNC machine tool structure more compact, function more rich, response speed and reliability greatly improve! PLC (programmable logic controller) is a kind of specially designed for application in industrial environment and design of digital arithmetic operation of the electronic system, it USES a programmable program memory, in its internal storage to perform the logic calculation, sequential control, timing, counting and arithmetic operation instruction, through the digital and analog input and output to control various types of mechanical equipment and production process. Combination machine tools for a particular workpiece, specific processing and design of an efficient automation special processing equipment, this equipment can most knife work together at the same time, and has the function of automatic cycle. Combination machine tools usually consists of standard general parts and machining special parts that constitute, the power unit driven by motor or use hydraulic system driven by electrical system automatic cycle control, is a typical mechanical and electrical or mechanical and electrical integration of liquid automatic processing equipment.
