香延止痛方治疗寒凝血瘀证原发性痛经的临床视察.pdf

提 要 目的:观察香延止痛方治疗寒凝血瘀证原发性痛经的临床疗效，并探讨其作用机 理。 方法:选取山东中医药大学附属医院妇科门诊寒凝血瘀证原发性痛经患者 48 例, 随机分为治疗组和对照组各 24 例。治疗组给予香延止痛方，对照组给予少腹逐瘀胶 囊，均连续治疗三个月经周期。观察对比两组患者治疗前后痛经的疼痛程度、持续时 间及其它临床症状，进行统计学分析。 结果：①治疗组腹痛疗效有效率为 95.8%，对照组为 79.2%，两组比较差异有统 计学意义(P﹤0.05)。②治疗组总有效率为95.8%，对照组总有效率为87.5%，两组比 较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。③两组次症疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。 结论:香延止痛方具有温经散寒，化瘀止痛之功，对寒凝血瘀证原发性痛经有显 著疗效，且优于少腹逐瘀胶囊，值得临床推广及进一步研究。 关键词 原发性痛经；香延止痛方；寒凝血瘀证；临床观察 Clinical Study on Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea of the type of Hanning blood stasis with Xiang Yan Zhi Tong Prescription Speciality : Gynecology of Traditional Chinese Medicine Author : Zhang Xiwei Tutor : Prof. Wang Dongmei Abstract Objective: To investigate the effect and mechanism of Xiang Yan Zhi Tong Prescription in treating patients with Primary Dysmenorrhea of the type of Hanning blood stasis.
