小型活动式起重提升机的总体结构设计摘要：提升机是大型固定机

械之一,主要用于各种重物的升降和输送.小型提升机在日常生活中也

起着重要的作用。提升机的动力来源选择了微型电动葫芦，由电动

机和减速器以及滚筒三部分成,各部分之间分别由联轴器联接。电动

机是动力源,减速器是传动系统,滚筒为执行和控制部分,其中以减速器

最为重要。它采用准平行环面蜗杆。这种蜗杆不需要修形就能达到

直廓环面蜗。杆修形的效果,而且瞬时接触线和相对运动速度方向夹

角稳定,接近90度;蜗齿面是用铲背滚刀加工而成,因此蜗轮齿面接触

面大,质量稳定。同时参加啮合的齿轮齿数多,蜗轮齿面无脊线,传递运

动时不会产生干涉。因此,这种蜗杆传动承载功率大,动压油涵稳定传

动、噪声低、平衡温度低等特征。具有良好的实用价值和经济价值。
