Zhapu is the place which better development in pinghu and there are many big fashion product factories in the whole area. global economy revives greatly after economic crisis, rural migrant workers in cities decreases gradually, the RMB appreciates, cost of enterprise production is enhancing and some other problems, against such background, how to use correct enterprise analysis methods to find the problems and offer counterpoise ways to solve the matters is one earggest subject at present .like using SWOT analysis to analyze the enterprise himself. By this way, he will analyze the superiority, inferior position, opportunity and threaten one by one, find the existent problems, and then solve them.
