香芍丸治疗小儿功能性腹痛临床探究.pdf

提 要 目的：通过临床研究，探讨小儿功能性腹痛的病因病机，研究中药的防治机理， 寻求小儿功能性腹痛的防治新药。方法：将 130例功能性腹痛的儿童辨证分为腹部中 寒、脏腑虚冷、乳食积滞、气滞血瘀4个证型组，分别给与香芍丸口服，观察用药前 后患儿主要症状、体征、发作次数、腹痛程度改善情况及药物不良反应。结果：香芍 丸对小儿功能性腹痛不同证型均有疗效，其中脏腑虚寒型、气滞血瘀型的疗效明显优 于腹部中寒型及乳食积滞型，具有统计学意义，p0.05。同时各组证型均未发现任何 不良反应。结论：香芍丸是治疗小儿功能性腹痛的有效药物，尤其适用于脏腑虚寒型 及气滞血瘀型，且无任何毒副作用，便于小儿服药，值得临床进一步推广应用。 关键词 香芍丸；小儿功能性腹痛；临床研究 Xiang Shao-pill treatment of functional abdominal pain Clinical Study Specialty: Digestive diseases,Pediatrics Medicine of TCM Author: XuhaixiaWang Ying Tutor: PanyueliProfessor Xing Xianghui Abstract Objective: According to clinical research, children with functional abdominal pain on the Etiology, Pathogenesis, and research on Chinese control mechanism for functional abdominal pain in childrens drug prevention and treatment.
