骨质疏松大鼠益肾健脾流膏含药血清对成骨细胞作用的探究.pdf

提 要 目的：探讨益肾健脾流膏对大鼠成骨细胞增殖和分化的影响。方法:对SD大鼠注 射地塞米松造成老年性骨质疏松模型，给与益肾健脾流膏灌胃，同时设置空白对照组 和西药对照组，灌胃6周后，腹主动脉取血，分离血清。体外培养新生胎鼠颅骨成骨 细胞，然后用噻唑蓝（MTT）法测定含药血清对体外培养成骨细胞的增殖作用，氨基 安替比林测酚法测定成骨细胞碱性磷酸酶（ALP）活性，茜素红染色方法（ARS）研究 对成骨细胞矿化的影响。同时检测培养细胞 NOS 活性和上清中 NO 浓度。从而探讨益 肾健脾流膏对治疗老年性骨质疏松的作用机制，为该严重影响老年人身体健康的常见 疾病提供新的治疗思路与方法，使其具有进一步开发应用的价值。结果：益肾健脾流 膏含药血清对成骨细胞有明显增殖作用，与西药组及空白组比较有明显差异性 （p0.05）; 益肾健脾流膏含药血清对成骨细胞有增强碱性磷酸酶活性和促进矿化结 节形成的作用，并且能增强细胞 NOS 活性，提高 NO 浓度(p0.05)。结论：益肾健脾 流膏对成骨细胞增殖的和分化有明显的促进作用。 关键词 益肾健脾流膏；含药血清；成骨细胞；增殖；碱性磷酸酶；矿化结节 Research of osteoporosis rats yishenjianpiliugao serum containing effect on osteoblasts Specialty:Orthopaedics of TCM Author:Wu Qiong Tutor:Li Jinsong Abstract Objective: To investigate effection of the Yishen Jianpi liugao on rat osteoblast cell proliferation and differentiation.
