高乌甲素长强穴封闭及中医辨证合用治疗功能性肛门痛的临床研究.pdf

提 要 目的：探讨氢溴酸高乌甲素注射液长强穴封闭与中医辨证联合应用治疗功能性肛 门痛的治疗效果。方法：所选 15 例经症状、体征、辅助检查证实为功能性肛门痛患 者，接受上述治疗，观察治疗前后主要症状、体征和辅助检查结果的变化情况并评定 治疗效果。结果：经治疗后15例患者临床总有效率为93.33%，术后随访3个月疗效 为86.67%，治疗后主要症状、体征及辅助检查结果均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.01)。 结论：该治疗方案以整体观念和标本兼治思想为指导，结合中医经络学说和西医肌肉 神经等理论，实现整体与局部的同步调整。通过刺激长强穴，可刺激副交感神经兴奋、 反射性调节交感神经功能，兴奋大脑皮质促进自主兴奋，使感到疼痛的部位受到约束 的感觉并消除其他症状，能较好的治疗功能性肛门痛。术后配合中医辨证论治，可以 提高远期疗效，有效防止复发，充分体现了整体观念和标本兼治的思想，临床疗效良 好，中医与西医优势互补，可作为治疗功能性肛门痛的较为理想选择方案。 关键词 氢溴酸高乌甲素注射液；长强穴注射；中医辨证论治；临床研究 Clinical Study on the Lappaconitine Changqiang Point closed with a joint application of TCM in the treatment of functional anal pain Specialty: Surgery of TCM Author: wang kechao Tutor: Pro.Ding Ke Abstract Objective:To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of acupoint block in Changqiang point with Lappaconitine hydrobromide injection integrated with application of TCM on functional anal pain.
