Clinical Research on WEN-SHEN-JIAN-PI Recipe in Treating Diabetic Neurogenic Bladder Speciality: Internal medicine of TCM Author: Zhang Jinzhi Tutor: Professor Zhao Quanlin Abstract Objective: to observe the clinical effectiveness of Wen shen Jian pi Recipe on spleen and kidney deficiency diabetic neurogenic bladder patients. Methods: select 60 cases of TCM Syndromes of diabetes mellitus patients with spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome, randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in control group were given the basic treatment, control blood sugar, and given the Mecobalamin treatment, 30 cases in the treatment group was given based on foundation treatment of Wen shen Jian pi recipe, separately carries on the system of clinical research, focus on before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms, bladder residual urine volume, blood sugar control, treatment for two months. Results: The total efficiency of treatment group was 90.0% and the control group was 63.3%, two groups of the total efficiency differences are statistically significant (P < 0.01); the treatment group in improving symptoms, reducing the residual urine volume obviously superior to the control group (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). Conclusions: Effects of Wen shen Jian pi Recipe on spleen and kidney deficiency diabetic neurogenic bladder patients have good therapeutic effect.
