数据挖掘技术在高校科研管理系统中的应用研究.pdf

论 文 摘 要 随着高校规模的不断扩大，各大院校的信息数据库积累了越来越多的历史数 据，传统的一些方法很难从这些历史数据中找出潜在的有用的规律，而数据挖掘 技术可以解决数据丰富但知识贫乏的问题，它可以从事务性数据库中提取潜在的 有用规则，通过这些规则可以辅助领导层做出科学有效的决策促进学校的发展。 目前数据挖掘被广泛的应用于社会的各个领域，是一个数据库方向的一个研 究热点。国内外也都一些成功的应用案例，比如在金融、保险、民航、电信等社 会领域，但在教育领域的应用却比较少见。本文就是尝试把数据挖掘技术应用于 高校中的科研管理中去，给学校的科研工作的管理者提供可靠的决策支持。 本文以江西教育学院为背景，首先对本次挖掘所要用到的理论基础作出了简 单的概述，对几种典型的关联规则算法的性能作出了分析和比较，并找到一种适 合本次数据挖掘的关联规则算法--多维Apriori 算法；再次对本次江西教育学院 的科研现状做出了分析，提出了数据挖掘的需求，给出了数据挖掘的任务，本次 挖掘的任务为：教师科研工作中的论文、论著和课题与教师自身素质之间有何种 关联规则；最后实施整个数据挖掘过程，对江西教育学院科研管理系统中的数据 库进行了清理、集成、转换等预处理，应用了多维Apriori 算法，再对最后的挖 掘结果进行了分析，发现科研工作引导力度的问题，为下一步科研管理工作作出 有效的参考。 关键词：数据挖掘，关联规则，预处理，科研管理，多维Apriori 算法 V ABSTRACT With the constant expansion of colleges , colleges have accumulated more and more information on the database of historical data, some of the traditional methods is difficult to find some potential and useful laws from these historical data, but data mining technology can solve the problem of rich data and lack of knowledge, it can extract potential and useful rules from the transactional database , these rules can be assisted by the leadership to make effective and scientific decisions to promote the development of the school. Now data mining is widely used in all social fields, and is a research hotspot in the direction of a database. it has a number of successful application cases at home and abroad , such as finance, insurance, civil aviation, telecommunications and other social fields, but the application in education field is relatively rare. in this paper we are trying to bring data mining technology into the research management of the college,and it can provide reliable decision support to the research manager of college .
