逆向工程在曲面零件设计与检测中的应用研究 Application and Study of Reverse engineering in the surface accessory design method and inspection 摘 要 随着科学技术的发展和制造水平的提高，人们对曲面零件的精度要求越来越高。但是由于曲面零件形状复杂，用传统的检具检验时难度大，且检测精度不高，如何采用有效的方法取代传统的检测工具，提高曲面零件检测精度是实际中急待解决的问题。 本文通过对逆向工程中的点云数据获取、数据预处理、曲面重构和曲面分析方法的研究，仔细分析了逆向工程软件Imageware的功能和基本原理，总结出Imageware在曲面重构和曲面检测中的方法、步骤和经验，为曲面零件的逆向造型设计和数字检测提供了理论和操作技术保障。 以逆向工程在曲面零件高尔夫球头造型方法中的实现为例，针对自由曲面在散乱点基础上重塑问题进行了研究，并在理论及应用中得到了相应的结论和实现。通过对高尔夫球头应用逆向设计，实现了复杂曲面零件三维曲面重构，为在此基础上新产品的二次开发奠定了基础。 在对误差检测理论以及现行形位误差检测技术进行深入分析的基础上，提出了将逆向工程应用于复杂曲面零件的数字化检测方法。通过建立曲面匹配，将测量所得的点云数据与数学模型在逆向工程软件Imageware进行形位误差比较。该检测方法能够检测出传统方法难以达到足够精度要求的复杂曲面误差，对于实现生产检测的自动化、数字化具有重要的应用前景。 关键词：曲面零件；Imageware；NURBS；面轮廓度误差；高尔夫球头 Abstract Along with the develop of science technology and manufacture, the precision of inspection in surface accessory are enhancing gradually. But almost the surface accessory are complexity, using traditional tools to inspect is difficult and not exactitude. How to use another effective method to replace traditional way evaluate inspecting precision is urgent problem to be solved.Through analyzing the software “Imageware” function and fundamental, this paper studies the key technology of complicated surface, described indetail the reverse engineering technology: point data obtaining, surface construction, surface analysis etc, provides theory and technology foundation for applying reverse engineering to the model design and inspection of surface accessory.This paper takes the achievement of reverse engineering which applies on the surface accessory golf head model as a goal, carries out research aim at the reconstruction problem of free curved surfaces of surface accessory based on scattered points. Through applying reverse design to surface accessory, obtains 3D curved surface reconstruction of surface accessory. This project establishes the base of further design of successive CAD/CAM systems.On the basis of reverse engineering and error inspection theory, this project brings for
