In the field of education, many schools are trying to use computer management to replace traditionally artificial printing management. Therefore, the Web-based Teaching Information Management System has significant meaning for school management. This paper introduces "Middle School Teaching Information Management System". Firstly, it elaborates the background and development tools of the system briefly. Secondly, from a theoretical and technical point, it made feasibility analysis, determined the overall framework and functional modules of the system, and made a detailed database design under the demand of the system. Then, the paper presents the development programs of the system in detail, analyzed the important techniques in the development process, and made a brief explanation to the configuration files of the essential framework.
