As early as the corporation had focused on carry out the financial manage, however, the part of family financial management was rarity. Though financial manage was only a small part, but to corporation and family, it has very important meaning. The system of family financial management is a typical information management system (MIS). Its development mainly includes the establishment and the maintenance of the database as well as the application development of the database. The former request that established the database data consistency and integrity, security of data. But the application program function regarding the latter to be completely, easy to use and easy to maintenance and so on. The whole system using the theory of software engineering and adopting the way of object oriented program, whose exploitation mainly includes the establishment & maintenance of back-end data-base and two facets of the process of front-end’s application that achieve autoimmunization and information technology of the administrative systems of financial manage in family. This thesis systematically analyzes the back
