企业自主创新的策略研究 ——以海尔为例 学生姓名：郑棣涵 摘 要 在经济、科技全球化的新形势下,自主创新日渐成为决定企业、产业、区域乃至国家竞争力的关键因素。一个后进国家经济发展和竞争势力可以通过从发达国家获得技术创新资源来获得支撑。但是经济主体是依赖别人创新成果，还是依靠自己主动地进行创新来提高自己竞争力，最终结果显然是不一样的。前者是在吸收别人的创新成果基础上进行主动的再创新，而后者则被动的吸收别人技术成果，结果仍处于落后的状态。二种技术进步策略的比较结果告诉我们，经济主体必须自主创新。 本文通过对现代市场经济下的依靠自主创新求发展的企业进行分析，主要阐述了自主创新的重要意义及特点，以及影响企业自主创新的因素，并联系国家政策和企业实际分析现今企业在自主创新求发展的道路上所遇到的问题，并提出解决问题的方法及对策。 ? ? 关键词：自主创新 竞争能力 经济主体 ABSTRACT With the trend of globalization of economy and science and technology, independent innovation has become a key factor which determines the competitiveness of enterprises, industry, region and nation.。In his classical thsis on International Trade and International incoming and distribution ,Paul.Krugman figures out that the international trade and the increasing of the economy are affected by two factors, the innovation and transition of the technology .A less developed countries can improve their economy and strength of competition in a way of absorbing the resources of technological of “the path of Japan-Korea” and “the path of Latin America” shows us that whether the economic subject relies on others’ innovation achievement or carry on the innovation to enhance their competitive power initiatively causes different results。 On the analysis of independent innovation enterprise in the modern market economy, this thesis elaborates the former who absorb others’ innovation achievement passively is still at backwardness, but the latter who is based on others’ achievement and innovate initiatively have already succeed in stepping into the ranks of the world industry and the technical powerful nation。Compared with these two Technology advancement strategies , we draw that the economic subject must innovate independently。Important meaning and characteristic of self-innovation and the factors of affecting enterprise’s self-innovation。And integrating with practice in our nation and enterprise analyze the problem of we meet on the way of self-innovation。And proposes the solutions of th
