乌兰察布市马铃薯产业发展分析（专业机构编制）.docVIP

摘要 马铃薯是世界上仅次于小麦、水稻、玉米之后的第四大粮食作物，原产于南美的安第斯山脉，目前已被广泛种植于世界各地。我国的马铃薯种植面积和产量在世界排名都是第一的。乌兰察布市依托自身得天独厚的自然条件成为了中国地级市马铃薯种植的老大哥，也享有“中国薯都”的美誉。现如今，乌兰察布市马铃薯产业已经是提高农民收入、促进当地经济发展、提升农业综合生产能力的支柱型产业。 本文以乌兰察布市马铃薯产业为研究对象，运用产业链相关理论，采用统计分析法和比较分析法相结合的研究方法，通过对马铃薯产业的生产、加工、营销、消费环节进行分析。归纳出乌兰察布市马铃薯产业存在信息不对称、市场缺乏调控，加工专用薯较少、马铃薯科技含量低、流通不顺畅、现代化管理理念较差等问题。针对乌兰察布市马铃薯产业现状，提出优化产业的对策，如当地农民建立新型合作社、发展订单农业，政府加强调控和支持的力度等。 关键词 乌兰察布市 马铃薯 产业 Abstract Potato is second only in the worlds fourth largest food crop after wheat, rice, corn, native to the Andes Mountains in South America, has now been widely grown throughout the world. Our acreage and yield of potato in the world ranking is the first. Wulanchabu relying on its unique natural conditions have become Prefecture-potato growing in Chinas big brother, as well as Chinese French fries in the world. Today, wulanchabu potato industry has is to increase the peasants income, the promotion of local economic development, improve agricultural comprehensive productive capacity of pillar industries. In wulanchabu potato industry in this article for the study, the use of industrial chain theory, and comparative analysis with statistical analysis method combining research methods, through the production, processing, marketing and consumption of potato industry links for analysis. Out of potato industry in wulanchabu city there is a lack of information asymmetry, market regulation, processing fewer potatoes, potato with low technological content, problems such as poor circulation is not smooth, modern management concepts. For the potato industry in wulanchabu city, propose optimized countermeasures of industry, such as local development orders establishing new cooperatives of farmers, agriculture, strengthening regulation and support of the Government.
