The bill of quantities of this work could be divided into the formation of the bill of quantities of branch and item project, and that of measure item project. And controlled bidding price., which consists of branch and item project fees, measure item fees, standard fees and taxation fees, could help prevent people who operate bids from beleaguering the bid, or lifting up the bid price infinitely. And I successfully receive a more clear cognition of the detailed list of work amount, as well as the process of drawing up the controlling price of bids, and I also successfully enhance my actual operation ability and my professional knowledge via this design and project.
