和谐D3B交流电力传动机车设计.doc

摘 要 随着电力电子技术、异步电动机的控制技术、微机和网络技术的发展，三相交流传动技术有了质的飞跃，交流传动系统的研究和开发已引起世界各国的高度重视。交流传动系统无论在性能指标，装置体积，设备维护还是节能乃至环保方面均体现出了巨大优势。使用交流传动技术的机车性能得到了很大的提高，交流传动已成为机车、动车发展的主流。HXD3B型电力机车的主传动系统和辅助传动系统均采用了交流传动技术和微机网络控制技术，整个电气系统的设计坚持起点高、技术领先的原则，并充分考虑大功率货运电力机车的实际需要，采用先进、成熟、可靠的技术，按照标准化、系列化、模块化、信息化的总体要求，进行全方位设计的。 本文首先对HXD3B型交流传动电力机车的特点和参数做了简要的阐述，然后然后对整车的电气系统电路部分按照主电路、辅助电路、控制电路分类做了系统的分析，尤其是对构成主电路的器件如牵引变压器、四象限脉冲整流器、牵引逆变器和牵引电机做了详细分析。并对其中的关键电气部件四象限整流器的原理、结构，控制，电机逆变器的组成和原理以及异步电动机的原理、特性、调速方法做了说明。本文的重点是结合HXD3B电力机车，对交流传动技术以及微机网络控制技术在机车上的应用进行了分析研究，对HXD3B电力机车的交流主传动系统、交流辅助传动系统的构成、特点、功能以及微机网络控制系统的特点进行了研究和归纳总结。 关键词：电力机车 交流传动系统 电气线路 ABSTRACT As the development of power electronics, induction motor control technology, computer and network technology, three-phase AC drive technology has been a qualitative leap, the research and exploitation of AC drive system has attracted great attention all over the world. The AC drive system in terms of performance index, size devices, equipment maintain or energy-saving and environmental protection are reflected in a huge advantage. The performance of locomotive using AC drive technology has been greatly improved, AC drive has become mainstream of development of locomotive and EMU. The main drive system and auxiliary drive system of HXD3B electric locomotive are both using the AC drive technology and computer network control technology, the design of whole electrical system adhere to the principle of high starting point and leading technology, taking into account the actual needs of high-power freight electric locomotive, using advanced, mature and reliable technology, according to standardized, serialized, modular information based general requirements for the design of the all-round. Firstly, this article has done a brief introduction about characteristics and parameters of HXD3B electric locomotive.
