正文摘要 本设计是省的城市排水工程。其由两部分组成，即城市排水管网系统的设计和城市污水处理厂的设计。其中初步设计要完成设计说明书一份、城市给排水系统总平面图、污水处理厂总平面布置图一张、污水厂污水与污泥处理高程图一张、污水总泵站或中途提升泵站工艺施工图一张，污水与污泥主要构筑物工艺图两张；单项处理构筑物工艺图设计中，主要是完成的平面图和剖面图。该污水处理厂工程，总规模万吨/日。本设计处理的对象为城市污水，主要污染物质为悬浮固体（SS）及溶解和胶体状态的有机污染物（BOD）。 根据城市所处的地理位置和污水厂的规模，并结合考虑需脱氮除磷的要求，城市污水处理厂设计采用A2/O工艺。该工艺污水处理流程为：从格栅到泵房，进入细格栅，沉砂池，，二沉池，消毒池，出水排放。污泥处理流程为：从二沉池和初沉池排除的剩余污泥首先进入污泥提升泵房，进贮泥池，污泥脱水间，泥饼外运。通过此工艺的处理，出水水质将达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》（GB18918-2002）一级标准。 关键词：；脱氮；除磷；城市排水管网；城市污水处理厂英文摘要 The problem of environmental pollution is nowadays one of the greatest social concerns in the world, especially overexploitation and unreasonable use of the water resource. The water resource of rational utilization is the key to solving these problems。So the development of water treatment plays a decisive role to realize our country the sustainable strategic objective. The design is a drainage system in a town of huaqiao of jiangsu Province. It is made up of two parts, namely, the design of the system of urban drainage pipeline networks and design of the urban sewage treatment plant. During the preliminary design, we must complete a brochure, a map of general layout, an elevation map, a flow chart, a map of major equipment, piping layout; Construction of structures to deal with individual designs, is complete anaerobic-anoxic-aerobic tank plants and profiles.
