 本科毕业论文 农村金融改革之农村信用合作社股份制改革 --以安徽省为例 JOINT-STOCK REFORM OF RURAL CREDIT COOPRATIVES 　　 -- TAKING ANHUI PROVINCE AS AN EXAMPLE 学院（部）： 经济与管理学院 专业班级： 市场营销09-4班 学生姓名： 张立湖 指导教师： 叶明法老师 2013年 05月 31日 农村金融改革之农村信用合作社股份制改革 --以安徽省为例 摘要 通过建国几十年的发展，农村信用社已经成为我国金融体系的重要组成部分，为农村经济和国家经济的发展作出了重大的贡献。作为经济欠发达的农业大省一安徽省，农村信用社对我省经济的贡献度更大，具有举足轻重的作用。然而，农信社在支持全省农业农村经济快速发展，自身积累着许多亟待解决的问题。当前，新一轮农村信用社改革正在安徽推行。增资扩股、央行票据等一系列方案给全省农村信用合作社改革创造了发展机遇。探讨安徽农村信用社如何利用国家的扶持政策真正转换经营机制，如何根据安徽省情探索出一条适合安徽的发展道路，不仅具有深刻的理论意义，而且具有重要现实意义。 　 全文共分为四个部分： 首先介绍撰写本文的动因、目的和意义，第二章在对国内外研究动态及国外合作金融发展模式分析的基础上，研究了农村信用合作金融发展对我国的启示，第三章通过实证研究分析了当前安徽省农信社发展所面临的诸多问题，最后一章程以上案例与分析的基础上，就法人治理结构的优化、监管体制的构建、经营方式的创新以及外部发展环境的改善等几个方面对安徽省农村信用社的发展提出了具有针对性的对策建议。 关键词：农村信用合作社，改革，制度创新 JOINT-STOCK REFORM OF RURAL CREDIT COOPRATIVES -- TAKING ANHUI PROVINCE AS AN EXAMPLE ABSTRACT Through decades of development, the founding of the rural credit cooperatives in harmony by become an important part of the financial system in China, for the development of rural economy and the national economy has made a significant contribution. As for economic underdeveloped agricultural province in Anhui province, rural credit cooperatives of the provincial economy contribution is bigger, plays a decisive role.
